Who I am

I'm a wellness guide, behaviour change coach, and Pilates enthusiast dedicated to helping women design lifestyles that feel nourishing, intuitive, and sustainable. My approach blends science with soul—bridging evidence-based strategies and holistic practices to support deep, lasting transformation.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Global Health and a Master of Science in Psychology, I bring an academic foundation to my work, complemented by diverse international training. I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN, New York) and hold a Level 3 Award in Coaching & Mentoring, accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health in the UK.

My expertise in nutrition is grounded in real-world, functional knowledge:
– Level 4 Award in Nutrition (RSPH)
– Level 5 Award in Nutrient Metabolism & Nutrition Immunity
– Level 4 Award in Obesity & Diabetes

As a Level 4 Advanced Pilates Master Practitioner, certified by CIMSPA, I integrate mindful movement with lifestyle coaching to support physical, emotional, and energetic alignment.
